New space dedicated to the history of Salame Felino and to the connection between the company, its territory and local gastronomic culture
The ancient kitchens of Felino Castle now house the Sala Cavalier Umberto Boschi, a new space dedicated to the history of Salame Felino and to the deep connection that, for over one hundred years, has linked our company to Felino and the province of Parma.
The project was created to tell this story through a journey that connects the history of Cavalier Umberto Boschi with that of a territory where culture, gastronomic traditions and craftsmanship have shaped a distinctive identity over time.
A journey through the history of Salame Felino, a heritage to be shared
Inside the ancient kitchens of the Castle, visitors can discover more about the history of the company and Salame Felino IGP, the product that has always represented an important part of our identity.
The story starts with salame and expands to encompass the territory, the people and the expertise that have made it, over time, one of the symbols of Parma’s gastronomic tradition.
The Sala thus creates a dialogue between the historic heritage of Felino Castle and the production tradition of Cavalier Umberto Boschi, offering visitors an opportunity to discover a part of the territory’s gastronomic history.
The creation of the Sala Cavalier Umberto Boschi represents a further step in our commitment to preserving and promoting local gastronomic culture and our connection with Felino. Through this space, Cavalier Umberto Boschi helps keep alive and share a story made of people, knowledge and traditions that have belonged to this territory for generations.
