Even though the cuts of meat arrive at our plant ready to be processed into various cold cuts, we do not lose sight of the origin of the raw material.<\/p>

We only work with a number of selected breeders and butchers who follow the best protocols.<\/p>

We personally and actively follow controlled and certified organic, antibiotic free and animal welfare supply chains. Each phase of the maturing process has its own peculiarities that our operators know how to manage in the best possible way.<\/p>
