Food blogger Christina Conte visits Umberto Boschi's plant

A few months ago we had the pleasure of receiving Christina Conte, an Italian-Scottish food blogger who lives in Los Angeles. Christina is passionate about travel and cooking, but she loves in particular Italian dishes and products.

 

In her latest enogastronomic tour in Italy, Christina has chosen to visit our Lesignano factory to find out how Parma Ham is produced. We invite you to take a look at his blog and find out how much Italian tradition products are appreciated abroad!
